SCIENCE!! I never thought I would need this kind of repairs! I was an invincible wild one playing as hard and long into my older years!Good News! I just got the post surgical recap and what lies ahead!For you neck and spine types this is undaunting, but when I learned about the 5 of my neck disks now have donor bone graft and will grow and solidify into one long bone I was amazed! My head and neck movement will be enabled by my disks 1 and 2 which remain moveable and normal. Physical Therapy will bring the coordination and strength back to my arms and shoulders!! PAIN and future risk of paralysis have been eliminated by this procedure called discectomy and cleaning out my spinal canal where it was obstructed. FEAR NOTHING! Live your life by your guiding principles and if your work environment smells fishy or your gut feeling keeps grumbling, it’s telling you the truth! NTL Laboratory gave me those vibes of power from the top with no opportunity to provide feedback, constructive criticism and process improvement. If you are not happy you can find the door out attitude. I smelled fish and saw the truth of unworthy leadership. My character stood up, win or lose, I no longer believed in the mission.
