What you will do

As an IT Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's IT systems. You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing our IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our technology environment.

You will be the single point of contact in Arnhem for IT office support services. You will report to the Group Head of Digital Workplace that mainly remotely coordinates workplaces of local administrators. This position is for four days a week (Monday - Thursday).

• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Work with the first level IT helpdesk and fulfil support requests
• Work with third party vendors on problem determination and root cause analysis
• Administer and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
• Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems on PC and mobile devices
• Basic network (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SASE-SSE, Firewall) administration and configuration support
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Assist in hardware and software inventory management process
• Collaborate with the Group IT team to plan and execute technology upgrades and enhancements.
• Conduct regular system backups and implement disaster recovery procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations.

What you bring

• 3+ years of proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity and knowledge of modern computing hardware, software, and standards
• Windows Client administration experience
• Experience working with Android & IOS devices and apps
• Network Administration basic skills (LAN/WAN/WLAN, TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-Motivated Individual with the ability to work in a team and on own initiative
• Relevant certifications Cisco and Microsoft are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (pre)
• Proficient in English and Dutch (written and verbal)
